Welcome to Spark & Spice. By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Use of the Service
Spark & Spice is a couple connection tracking app that helps partners monitor and improve their relationship across five connection categories.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Accounts & Partnerships
You may create one account and connect with one partner at a time using our invitation code system. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
When you connect with a partner, certain data — including connection scores and suggestions — will be shared with them. You consent to this data sharing by connecting with a partner.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Transmit harmful, abusive, or objectionable content through the app
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Spark & Spice — including the design, code, graphics, and branding — are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. Push Notifications
The app may send push notifications about score changes, partner activity, and reminders. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
6. Disclaimers
Spark & Spice is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
The app is a relationship tracking tool and does not provide professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spark & Spice and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app. Your continued use of Spark & Spice after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
